At home, a doctor must attend to certify. In hospital or hospice, staff handle certification. If the cause is unclear, the police are involved and the case may go to the coroner.

Singapore funeral costs, in the open
Published prices from companies that publish them, with the venue assumption stated. The figures below are one provider only, so read them as a reference point rather than a market range.
